Meet Our Team
Felipe Jimenez
Master Machinist / Partner
Felipe began his journey as a master machinist during his teenage years when he enrolled himself in an apprenticeship program in his native country of Colombia. After excelling and completing the program, he worked for a bolt and screw manufacturing company where he honed his skills as a tool and die maker. He later went on to open his own machine shop where he focused on manufacturing molds for the plastic injection sector. During the early 90s as economic and social unrest arose in Colombia, he decided to move his family to the Bay Area in search of a better future. Upon his arrival he quickly found work as a machinist for a local valve manufacturing company in Oakland, CA. He continued to work for other machine shops in the Bay Area until he was finally able to fulfill his longtime dream of owning his own machine shop once again.
Camilo Jimenez
Mechanical Engineer/ Partner
Camilo's passion for machines and machining began as a young boy while he worked and played in his father's machine shop. During his teenage years he was enrolled in a technical high school where he was taught subjects ranging from the fundamentals of drafting, welding, electronics, woodworking and the manufacture of sand molds for the casting industry. Even though he was exposed to all kinds of industries and skills, he decided to pursue machining as his trade. Unfortunately, he was not able to complete his education when he moved to the United States. Nevertheless, he continued to study mechanical engineering after graduating from high school. Upon completing his engineering degree, he began working for a local Bay Area company where he was exposed to the business and management side of manufacturing and repair services. Soon after he partnered with his father to start their own machine shop.
